To draw is to see anew. 

In this workshop, world-renowned artist Molly Crabapple will teach participants how to draw portraits, in order to see each other.  The class will start with learning how to look, honestly and analytically, then will move to short and longer portrait drills, with participants using each other as models.  Attention will be paid both to the basics of how to capture features and proportions, as well as the flourishes of individual style.

After class, we'll drink cocktails and look at the work we created.

Participants are welcome to bring their own materials (dry mediums only) but there will be a limited selection of charcoals, paper and pencils available for the class.
